ABOUT US
Street Foundation Drilling (SFD) is a family-owned business, established in 1956. We currently operate throughout the state of Texas, but have previously worked in surrounding states and beyond. We have drilling capabilities of 18" to 96" diameter holes, cased and/or belled as required. At SFD we believe the keys to success lie in our quality workmanship, solid work ethic, competency and professionalism, and our commitment to job completion. We also recognize the importance of meeting and exceeding the expectations of our contractor customers while knowing that safety is paramount in this equation in all phases of our work.

Bridging preconstruction and ensuring profitability through accurate takeoffs, resource allocation, and bid submissions while maintaining client relationships from conception to completion.
Tina Wright
Safety Manager
Industrial Construction/FMCSA Compliance
With 15 years of experience in industrial safety, Tina is responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing company safety policies and procedures in alignment with OSHA regulations. She oversees all employee safety training programs and manages DOT safety compliance, ensuring regulatory FMCSA standards are consistently met.
David Justice
Owner/Vice President
Field Operations/Project Manager
David has 34 years of experience in the drilling industry. Current focus includes organizing job schedules, site related communications with contractors and direction of all phases of drilling, ensuring quality assurance and timely job completion. He has oversight of job-related concerns and managing our field personnel while enforcing safety compliance (OSHA) as we maintain individual job progression to completion
Tracy Justice

Contracts Administrator/ Accounts Recievable
Tracy's roles are critical administrative functions that ensure our organization's legal agreements, financial inflows, and correspondence are managed efficiently. Managing the full lifecycle of Street's business transactions, from initial contract drafting to final payment collection with 32 years of experience.
